The following warranty terms apply to all SyncPen 3 devices sold in India:
Warranty Duration
Standard Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty: Register your SyncPen 3 on our official website within 30 days of purchase to get an additional 1-month warranty, free of charge.
What’s Covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:
- Malfunctioning internal components
- Performance issues caused by manufacturing faults
- Defective pen or notebook components under normal usage conditions
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, drops, liquid spills, or cracks
- Damages due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Any unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Software issues or incompatibility with third-party apps or devices
Warranty Support – How to Claim
To claim warranty service in India:
- Retain your original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ensure your product is registered (if claiming the extended warranty).
