Thank you for purchasing the SyncPen 3. We’re committed to ensuring you have a seamless and high-quality experience with your smart writing device. The following warranty terms apply to all SyncPen 3 devices sold in India:

Warranty Duration

Standard Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty: Register your SyncPen 3 on our official website within 30 days of purchase to get an additional 1-month warranty, free of charge.

What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Malfunctioning internal components
  • Performance issues caused by manufacturing faults
  • Defective pen or notebook components under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, liquid spills, or cracks
  • Damages due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect
  • Wear and tear from daily use
  • Any unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Software issues or incompatibility with third-party apps or devices

Warranty Support – How to Claim

To claim warranty service in India:

  • Retain your original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Ensure your product is registered (if claiming the extended warranty).

    • A brief description of the issue
    • Your product serial number (located on the Pen) and purchase details (invoice)
    • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)

Our service team will assess your claim and arrange for repair or replacement if it qualifies under warranty. The final decision rests with our technical team based on the nature of the defect.
