5. Warranty Policy (India)
We stand behind the quality of our products:
• Warranty Period: SyncPen 3 devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects in the device, pen, or notebook under normal use.
• Exclusions: Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or third-party software/app issues are not covered.
• Claim Process: Contact us at connect@syncpen.co with proof of purchase, serial number, and issue details. Our service team will assess and may repair or replace your product at our discretion.
